How do I amend my policy?

As an existing home insurance policyholder, you may wish to change your insurance details or want home insurance advice.

If this is the case, simply call us on 0845 217 6477. Lines are open 8am-8pm Monday to Friday and 9am-4pm on Saturdays.

Please note that your home insurance premium may change and you may have to pay your insurer an additional premium (inclusive of insurance premium tax) and we may make an administration charge independently of any charge imposed by the insurer. Please see our "Terms of Business Agreement" for details on our charges. You will need to pay any charges due, and accept any terms and conditions changes, prior to any changes being made to your policy.
